Terms and Conditions
Hourly Work:
Hourly work will be invoiced weekly. Payment is due on receipt. If there are two outstanding (unpaid) invoices, we will be unable to work on your project until payment is brought current.
Quotes:
Initial Payment: For web projects done on firm quote, 50% of the quote total is due before the project can begin.
Additional Work:
If you request additional work, outside of the scope of the original quote, we will be pleased to provide it. This work will be done on an hourly basis determined during contract negotiations. Payment for additional work is due on receipt of the invoice.
Final Payment:
The final payment for the project is due on the date determined during contract negotiations.
Bad Checks:
Any bad checks received will incur an additional $25.00 fee in addition to the invoice total.
Accepted Proposals
All accepted proposals will be subject to a contract with Aiden Design. The contract will contain scheduled deadlines between the client and Aiden Design, including but not limited to content delivery deadlines, finalized project deadlines and final payment deadlines.
